This multi-level dance class is family friendly and no experience is necessary. The class fee is $10.00 and will be held at Max 45 Fitness Studio.

The Soul Flow Tour is an experience that encourages you to release toxic energy to tune into your natural expressions through dance, yoga, and meditation. Over the course of 5 months you will have opportunities to explore how your body, mind and spirit intertwine. There are Four types of events compiled in this tour. African Dance Classes, Vinyasa Specialty Classes, Yoga Workshops, and Two Onsite Retreats. All of the events, expect the retreats, will be held at Max 45 Fitness Studio in Fayetteville, NC. The Retreats will be held in Oak Island, NC at a Secret Location and only have 5 beds available.
