Event Details

Join us for a day filled with egg hunts, games, crafts, pizza, bouncy house, and, of course, a color fun run!!!




What to Expect:



This year we'll have more colors, more eggs, and Temple Kids T-shirts for sale in all sizes! They'll be perfect for the Color Run or for a souvenir!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS*:

11:00-11:15 -- Welcome & Free Play
11:15-11:30 -- EGG HUNT for Pre-K 
11:30-11:45 -- EGG HUNT for K-2nd Grade
11:45-12:00 -- EGG HUNT for 3rd-5th Grade
12:00-12:15 -- Pizza Served!
12:15-12:45 -- Color RUN!!!
12:45-1:00  -- COLOR TOSS & Free Play

*Please note that this schedule is Tentative and may be affected by the flow of the event


ABOUT THE EGG HUNTS:
There will be 3 Egg Hunts in 3 designated areas based on age (PreK, K-2nd, and 3rd-5th). Please be sure to BYOB -- Bring your own BASKET! (Or Bucket!) for your child to fill with eggs and candy!!!
ABOUT THE COLOR RUN:
This is our third annual Color Run at Temple as part of ColorFEST! Our color run is a fun run for all ages, adults can join the fun as well!
As you run through the color stations, you will learn how each color represents different aspects of the death, burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ and how He empowers us to run the race of life! Below are a list of items to bring:
Essential Items:

Plain white t-shirt
Expendable shorts/pants and shoes

Recommended Items:

Sunglasses
Safety goggles (color powder will NOT be thrown in anyone's face, this is an optional precaution)
Hat/head covering
Towel (for getting back in your car!)
Change of clothes
Bag to keep your powdered clothes in
Bring friends and family to share in the fun!



FAQs
What is the "color" in a color run?
The color used in this and other color running events is a chalk-like power that is thrown from various color stations along the track. Be advised that while the power is safe and FDA approved, it is not meant for inhalation or consumption.
Will the colors stain my clothing?
The powder used for this run will come out of most articles of clothing with a normal wash cycle. Be sure to shake off any excess powder after you have completed the run for good measure (we will have a cleansing station to help with that!). If, however,
