We are excited to announce the 5th Annual African World Peace Festival in downtown Fayetteville! This FREE event will be one to remember and is a celebration of unity FOR ALL!
Event Details
We will feature a 3-day music festival, dance performances, cultural exhibitions, and storytelling, kids zone, 5K Peace Walk/Run wiry FREE health screenings, workshops, food trucks, authentic African cuisine and vendors, vendor fair and more! Stay updated on this page and our website, AfricanPeaceFestival.org.Our fundraising goal is to raise $30,000 for 20 computers and other important projects for Anani Memorial International School in Ghana, Africa. We are collaborating with Loving Hands International to carry out this goal, and additionally, we will be holding a Book Drive for them to take on their regular mission trip Ghana.In addition to our overseas fundraising efforts, we will be supporting two amazing local charities. CFV Sweet Kids Camp and Designing Station. With your help, we hope to send 5 kids from low-income families to camp next summer and donate $1000 to Designing Station to support their mission in serving individuals and families transitioning from homelessness and fleeing domestic violence with very low income who live in Cumberland and Robeson County, NC.
