Description
Join us for a Hero Workout hosted by DSF or DANCE*FIT hosted by Forte Fitness OR come cheer on the participants! Heats begin on the hour at 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11. Each heat will be in honor of a fallen special operator.

All proceeds support the Duskin and Stephens Foundation.
DANCE*FIT heat hosted by Forte Fitness is at 9AM.
Participants who sign up for both the Hero Workout and DANCE*FIT Session via discount tab Contact adrian@duskinandstephens.org with heat requests and DANCE*FIT.
