Join local Narayani Noelle and Amah Devi from Asheville in an evening of Kirtan for their third Soul Tribe Bhakti Yoga Immersion weekend! Amah and Narayani will be joined by the amazing musicians Paul Heumiller from Asheville NC and local Perry Smith.
Event Details
Kirtan is an opportunity to share Mantras from many spiritual traditions in a supportive and loving group setting through the act of listening or joining in the chant. As a Tribe, let's raise our collective consciousness with the vibration of Peace and Love for all beings and the planet. No musical experience or a "singing voice" is necessary, and all are welcome.
About Narayani Noelle:
Narayani (Noelle Whittington) is a full-time Kunga Yoga teacher, facilitator, and devotional music artist who travels the world in Seva since 2006, offering a deeply soulful blend of traditional sacred chant with a modern twist. Narayani’s music is influenced by Reggae, Native Spiritual chants, Gospel, Traditional Hindustani music, and her own heart-felt lyrics in a journey of sound. Whether offering music for a movement practice, leading her own Kirtan, or accompanying other artists on vocals and harmonium, her goal is to serve by allowing a safe space for freedom in all expression. Narayani began her devotional music journey touring the US in 2015, and now leads her own Kirtan and live music Yoga events all over the world. Narayani is currently recording her debut album while based in Wilmington, NC. Amah Devi is a Bhakti Yoga & Mantra Music Teacher who guides from a place of Pure Love and Devotion to the principles of yogic philosophy.
Known for her frank and authentic approach to spiritual practice, Amah creates an atmosphere of divine play that is a true joy to experience. A well-established presence in the Asheville, NC Bhakti community, she carefully tends her garden of Bhaktas by making monthly Community Kirtan offerings in Asheville.
