It's totally all inclusive, absolutely no experience or dancing skills are required. All you need is a willingness to move ya body and have fun! It is such a powerful and fun way to exercise, heal through movement, connect, express, dance, play, and practice total acceptance of ourselves and each other as a community united! Ecstatic Dance is a judgment free safe space and sober event. A place to completely be yourself! Dancing helps us reconnect to our body, breath, and presence, empowers us to release inhibitions, express ourselves freely through movement, and just flow with the music to redirect your heart to the present moment and the boundless love within!
