Location: Foot of Market Street (intersection of Market St.& Water St. Near the Federal Courthouse The kickoff to the Holidays start in Downtown Wilmington with the annual Downtown Wilmington Tree Lighting.
Event Details
Join us for free fun times for families and friends as we enjoy live entertainment, participate in the live countdown to tree lighting, and then capped off by a special visit from our beloved Santa and Mrs. Claus. Free hot cocoa!(while supplies last) will be given to attendees.
Entertainment begins at 5:30 . At 6:28, city leaders will lead us in the countdown to light the Tree!
Immediately following the lighting, children will be treated to a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus! This is a free photo opportunity for all.
