You will see a manner of teamwork and comradery exhibited by these folks which extends beyond the restaurant and out into our local community. The Sears Landing family is an important part of the larger Topsail neighborhood. Numbering over 50 members each year, we participate in various charitable events supporting worthy causes that benefit others. At Sears Landing, everyone is treated with respect and appreciation, and being happy, turnover is minimal.
