Membership Pricing is as follows: All memberships are on a 12 month agreement using automatic draft (credit card, debit card, checking account or savings account). There is a $39.95 one time enrollment fee for the card key & to get the member in the system. Replacement key cards are $10.95 each. Single Membership is $34.95 a month Couple Membership is 59.95 a month Family Plan Membership is the couple's membership of $59.95 + $15.00 per child. Example: A family of 4 would be $89.95 We also offer student & senior citizen discounts. All members must be 16 years of age or older to workout. We do allow 14-16 years of age to join, but must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. We offer other membership plans and tanning.
