The Indochine Restaurant, a Far East Café, is also Wilmington’s Most-Acclaimed Thai and Vietnamese restaurant. They’ve been cooking up authentic Asian food since 1975, and their longevity is due to their excellent food and friendly service. You can experience all the delicacies the Vietnamese culture offers on the menu on Christmas Eve from 5-9 p.m. or on Christmas Day 5-10 p.m. Call-ahead seating is available for eight or more guests only.


Like many other locations, IHOP in Wilmington is open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and their festivals specials are sure to put you in the holiday mood.

Who needs green eggs and ham when the pancakes are hot and green on the griddle at IHOP? In fact, you’ll believe their limited-time holiday specials are straight out of Whoville! The Who-Roast Beast Omelette is a meal by itself with Monterrey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, Jalapenos, onions and hash browns, and finished off with their tangy BBQ sauce. The Beast Omelette is also served with a stack of buttermilk pancakes!

What’s more? The Whoville Holiday Cheesecake French Toast is made with two King's Hawaiian rolls in place of the toast covered with layers of creamy cheesecake filling and raspberry and and whipped toppings.

Their December specials also includes a deal in which children ages 12 and under eat free daily from 4-10 p.m. through Dec. 31, and you can also get a free kids’ entrée with every purchase of an adult entrée.

Ruth's Chris Steak House

This premiere steak and seafood restaurant has complete menu of tantalizing fanfare are being served up for you this holiday season. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Wilmington is open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so you can enjoy your favorite menu choice. What's so special at Ruth's? Your favorite wines and hand-crafted cocktails are served daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. And you can't go wrong with their Holiday Surf and Turf dinner! Not one, but two lobster tails served with your choice of ribeye or petite steak filet. Add the sides like mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, cremini mushrooms, grilled asparagus, and you'll be stuffed like a Christmas stocking!
