If a Parisian-style New Year’s Eve is what you’re looking for to ring in 2019, head to Le Catalan for a fun night of festivities beginning at 5:30 p.m. Here, you’ll enjoy a five-course wine dinner, New Year’s Eve hats, and a champagne toast. Le Catalan also offers beautiful river views and, if you’re lucky, you may be able to catch glimpses of fireworks.

Grab a mask and get dressed in your fanciest New Year’s Eve outfits and visit Waterline Brewing Company for their New Year’s Eve party. There will be a special menu served at 6 p.m. and live music from the Striking Copper Trio starting at 9:00 p.m. There will also be a champagne toast or beer toast at midnight!
New Year’s Eve Speakeasy Celebration
Let the 20s roar on at this speakeasy-themed celebration in Wilmington. Make a visit to TheatreNOW where guests will enjoy a multi-course meal, party favors, cabaret-style entertainment, and, of course, a champagne toast at midnight. Reservations are required in advance, and the event will kick-off at 6:00 p.m. and again at 9:00 p.m. Step into your best Daisy flapper dress or your best Gatsby suit and shake the night away!
For $20 per person, plan to visit A North Fourth New Years at Palate Bottle Shop & Reserve at 8 p.m. There will be cheese and charcuterie platters as well as other finger foods and snacks. There will also be champagne and other fun cocktails to enjoy. Before the ball drops, everyone will receive noise makers and fun party favors to ring in the new year properly and loudly!
