This 3 week class series provides a supportive environment for the student wanting to learn the fundamentals of clay and wheel throwing. The overall focus of the course is to develop and further the skills necessary for throwing on the potter's wheel.
Event Details
We cover basic clay preparation, cups, handles, and glazing. Class time includes demonstrations and open discussions intended to help further the students’ clay vocabulary and knowledge of the wheel. The intimate class size provides an ideal setting that’s great for beginners, lending itself to plenty of opportunities for one-on-one instruction.
The cost of this series is $75.00 and includes the cost of clay. You must use the clay provided by Pineapple Studios to ensure proper firing for your lovely creations!
This series begins 6/7/18 meeting 3 Thursdays from 6-8pm. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERIES DOES NOT INCLUDE OPEN STUDIO ACCESS. Sales are final and can not be refunded, nor can they be transfered to an additional class.
