Event Details
The party presentation demonstrates how to cook in mason jars to save money and time, improve health, and eliminate pots and pans and cook all your meals for the week. Vegan Cooking teacher, Audriaunna Kitterman and Adrian Burgos, shows how to cook meals with complete plant protein using her signature ethnic food packets. Gluten free, vegan whole foods will be prepared to sample and purchase for those who are interested.
